At the agreed time your guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the bus station to board the train at Olantaytambo train station.
Departure from the Ollantaytambo train station to Machu Picchu on the economic train service. The trains have beautiful panoramic windows that offer unbeatable panoramic views and photo opportunities as you enter the town of Machupicchu also known as Aguas Calientes.
Reception at the train station by a Kusikuy representative who will take you to your hotel.
Breakfast at your hotel.
You and your guide will head to the Machupicchu bus stop. Your experience will begin after an approximately 30-minute trip to the magical Citadel of Machu Picchu. (8000 ft 2432 m)
Tour Machu Picchu accompanied by your guide for approximately two hours. Your guide will give you archaeological and historical information about the most important areas such as the guardian’s house, the Sacred Plaza and the Sacred Rock and other important places.
After the tour, be sure to take your bus to Aguas Calientes and take some free time before returning by train to Ollantaytambo and bus to Cusco. (If your time permits, you will visit the Machu Picchu Butterfly Garden)
